High quality clinical care is underlined by excellence in education and training. Our haematology department provides haematology training for medical student, registrars and fellows transfusion registrar position in collaboration with the Australian Red Cross Blood Service. These positions are accredited by the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) and the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (RCPA). Regular teaching sessions as well clinical meetings and project opportunities provide an excellent training environment. Our laboratory training is supported by a comprehensive diagnostic laboratory with a wide variety of experienced senior scientists.
